Third Party Instructor/Third Party Training Provider

A Third Party Instructor is employed by a Third Party Training Provider. A Third Party Training Provider is a PEC authorized organization that delivers training as its primary mission and offers training services for compensation. Third Party Instructors may present PEC training materials to their own employees, employees of Oil & Gas contractors and operators, or any other individuals or organizations requiring these services. Instructors who teach for schools fall into this category.

Third Party Instructors are expected to carry Professional Liability Insurance (Errors & Omissions).

Due to the risk involved with being responsible for training outside organizations, EMR for the Third Party Provider may be higher than that of In-house Providers.

Third Party status does not guarantee revenue from or through PEC Safety nor does it guarantee advertising from any PEC Safety website or brochure.

Third Party Instructors are required to submit a New Company Documentation form for each client, including Federal Tax ID number for entry into our Training Tracker database.

To become an authorized PEC Instructor, you must meet all of the necessary requirements and successfully complete one of our Train the Trainer classes.
